2025 OOHMA Volunteer Hours Recap

In our first year as an organization, OOHMA made a meaningful impact on Ohio’s off-highway motorcycle community. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, we proudly logged 153 volunteer hours in 2025, hours spent directly improving and maintaining trail systems within the Wayne National Forest. A sincere thank you goes out to all members that showed what a committed riding community can accomplish when we work together.

Why Volunteer Hours Matter

Volunteering isn’t just about showing up, it directly strengthens Ohio’s trail systems. Each logged volunteer hour provides the forest system with funding credit that is used for trail maintenance, improvements, and future trail development. These hours translate into real dollars that help keep riding areas open, safe, and sustainable. By giving your time, you’re helping generate the resources needed to protect and grow the very trails we all enjoy.

As we look ahead, 2026 marks just the beginning. OOHMA is committed to expanding our volunteer base, increasing our total annual volunteer hours, and growing our presence across both state and federal lands. With more hands, more passion, and more partnerships, we can continue improving access, protecting existing riding opportunities, and continue advocating for new single track trails in Ohio.
